I have been to Matt's classes and had personal training sessions with him and I would recommend both to anyone looking to improve their physical and emotional well-being. If you commit to training with Matt you will almost certainly get fitter, healthier and feel better about yourself. Matt really knows his stuff in relation to training and physiology, no two sessions are ever the same, he has so many ideas to ensure that the training suits the current fitness level and goals of his client and, best of all, is fun. If you are thinking of trying Train Strong, I'd say give it a go, you won't regret it.
I have had fantastic training and support from Matt over the last 5 years. The classes are varied, fun and have shown me that I am able to achieve a lot more than I thought I could. Matt is always encouraging and is able to give lots of advice on healthy eating and ways to get fitter and stronger. He has helped me to train for the London Marathon which is something I would never have considered before I joined Train Strong, I highly recommend Train Strong and in particular the Relentless classes.
